Nothing is more annoying than signing up for a free subscription, forgetting to cancel it in time, and still getting charged. However, if you’re the forgetful type, Twitter is almost always there to help.
The key to understanding introverts
It should be no surprise that introverts have been coping better in recent months than their more gregarious counterparts. While some people find our new socially isolated society difficult, introverts don’t mind spending time alone; after all, that’s kind of their thing. However, it should be noted that not all introverts are content to be left alone; some of them are desperate for love and attention; all it takes is a little more work to open their hearts.
The perks of married life
You can date and have fun while you’re young, but most people believe that you should be looking for someone you can truly settle down with. You don’t have to think that way, though, because everyone has a legitimate future planned out for themselves, but listen to us out on this one. In a way, that’s a great metaphor for life; there is so much diversity in life that it’s best to sample all of it. These three, we suppose, are a perfect example of that.
The handwriting of doctors
We don’t mean to be critical of doctors; without them, we genuinely believe that our society would not be operating as it does today. We are grateful to everyone who practices modern medicine, but we must offer one minor critique: the handwriting. Have you ever visited a doctor’s office, had a checkup, and left with a written recommendation?
We checked it and found that we didn’t know what it stated! They might be quite intelligent, but their handwriting might use some improvement.
You mess with one, you mess with all
It’s ironic, but you don’t always have to be a bad man, even when you are one. Alright, we think you got the idea. Being a nasty guy doesn’t mean you can only do bad and wicked things.
This gang has a lot of heart for protecting their tutor. First of all, it is wrong to criticize individuals based on their preferences and the people they choose to love. Secondly, it is wrong to meddle with the gang’s person; you got what you asked for. This is a touching story.
Hide until your problems go away
It’s difficult to balance a lot of homework, a social life, a job, and your mental health while attending college. If we’re being honest, it’s practically impossible to keep up with all four of those things; you have to give up at least one in order to succeed at the other three.
On occasion, it is necessary to put the assignments on hold. It’s best to hide inside your Metapod costume if your class is in three minutes and you’re only on page two of that ten-page paper.
Aging like milk
It irritates me to think back on all of the optimism at the start of 2020. We acknowledge that nobody knew what the year would bring, but it still infuriates us to think that there were people who were looking forward to it. If nothing else, we would like to be able to go back in time and warn people about what was about to happen so they wouldn’t post those happy tweets.
You know, forget about halting the pandemic or anything. That sounds far too difficult. But we must put an end to those tweets.
What are the odds of that?
Even though we don’t really believe in fate or that life’s events are predestined—rather, we think that you have control over your life—things like this one make us wonder if there is some big plan for all of us. This woman adopted an elderly dog from a shelter and later found out that the dog was the same puppy that vanished when she was a child. Geez, this sounds like the plot of a movie that would make us cry. Yes, we are crying anyhow.
The meeting of the dads
When you get right down to it, we can’t help but think that our parents are incredibly cute. Their love for their kids is so endearing that it almost makes us cry, but what else makes us cry? Their love for their hobbies. We may resent our parents sometimes, especially when we were teenagers.
For example, fathers will eagerly show other fathers what they have built with their own hands or what they have grilled over the weekend. That right there is a genuinely wholesome fatherly moment.
Sing along with me
It can be the greatest feeling in the world when two strangers join in on the same song. For as long as it lasts, that sensation is the best, in fact.
The man next to him began singing a song while he was patiently waiting at a long red light. They only sang together for fifteen seconds before he started to join in. We assure you that those fifteen seconds contain a wonderful sensation that cannot be described but only felt.
His proudest moment as a dad
Even though parents are always proud of their children’s achievements, they can’t help but feel just as proud of their pets. When their children are old enough to live independently, it’s almost as if pets take over the role of children in their lives.
This father was overjoyed when his weiner dog was finally named pet of the month because he had been working hard to get it recognized for a long time. It was the proudest moment he had ever experienced as a father. But hold on, what about his kids?
The front doesn’t look as good as the back
Decorating a Christmas tree is a lot of fun, regardless of whether you celebrate the holiday or not. Regardless of your beliefs, getting the whole family together for something like that is always a lot of fun. One thing we have observed, though, is that Christmas trees always look much better in front than behind.
We still feel sorry for that poor back, even though it’s completely reasonable given that people rarely see the back of the tree. It also requires affection. Why don’t you throw some tinsel back there?
The real tragedy of 2020
2020 was, well, a challenging year. And that’s as light a treatment as we can manage. We don’t want to be depressing, but regardless of your point of view, 2020 was a complete disaster. Yes, there were some positive events this year (do you remember Tiger King? That was enjoyable, isn’t it? However, that doesn’t negate the fact that a lot of negative things also occurred.
You may assume that we are discussing the pandemic. If so, you’re mistaken. We are discussing Adobe Flash Player’s demise. Flash Player, you will be greatly missed. The old days are long gone.
The impact of a VHS player
Nowadays, a lot of people sell their old stuff online, and almost no one thinks twice about what happens to their sold items after they are bought. And for that reason, this letter is so enchanted.
This 86-year-old wrote a detailed letter to the person from whom they purchased a VHS player, expressing how much the player meant to them. We’re very happy that this person wrote this letter, and it’s very heartwarming to think that just selling something on eBay can have such an impact on someone.
Husband’s first fan
It can be very endearing to witness a woman fangirling over her husband. After getting a new phone and installing a well-known social media app, this woman has been fangirling nonstop.
She feels like a teenager again and can’t resist taking pictures of her husband and saying nice things about him. Thanks to social media, this man is aware that his wife is his biggest fan, which is a rare display of love and adoration these days.
